Our head of maintenance, Mike Kelley, has been with the company since 1988 and even assisted in the construction with all of the buildings since he was hired on. His knowledge and experience in construction and our portfolio make him a very valuable asset to our company. Along with making service calls he is also our lead contractor on all of our tenant’s build-out needs. All combined, our maintenance men have nearly 40 years with our company. They are highly praised by our tenants for their quick response and their ability to resolve any maintenance issue.
